Starbase - (Phase 3 Content)
Terraforming does not seem to work in Arkarus. Only small landscapes on some planets are habitable. Fortunately, seekers have found a way to build the shelter on those land, these shelters are known as Starbases.
The owner of a starbase can become a founder of a Union, uniting seekers together and working toward the same goal. Facilities can also be built on a starbase, these buildings require an enormous amount of resources and time. Seekers will also need to choose which facility to build due to limited space available in the Starbase.
